Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to history provided you are having dribbling of the urine after urination. So prostatic enlargement should be ruled out here. For that per rectal prostate palpation and USG scan will be beneficial. Urine routine microscopic examination also advisable. Kindly provide your all reports and medication history until now for giving further comment. Consult Urologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
