What Causes Drooping Of One Side Of The Face With Numbness?

my name is William I am 56,2 days ago my right upper lip went numb ,very blurred vision in my right eye ,bad pain behind my right ear, very sensitive to loud noice,i cant even start my Harley it kills my ear,cant close my right eye, and it feels like the whole right side of my face is numb and is very dropped ,what could it be,i am very concerened

Dear sir
you are suffering from facial Palsy (Bells Palsy) you need to start Prednisolone 40mg once a day along with Pantoprozole for one week .The condition is usually self limiting and resolves in two to three weeks ,however 15%people may have some residual defects but only mild.
