What Causes Drowsiness And Hard Stools With Blood?

HI lately i've been feeling very tired even after 8-10 hours of sleep. I also have very hard stools which often have dark red blood in them. I'm 21 years old. I have no other symptoms or pain, but I have been a bit stressed out and depressed the past couple of months. Is it serious?

Hello,

Hard stools with blood indicate possible fissure or hemorrhoid issue. Drowsiness is secondary to low hemoglobin from blood loss.

In our clinic, we recommend to correct hemoglobin, dietary measures with psyllium husk to make stools soft.
