I have been experiencing off/on a dry crack in between my vaginal lips for the past couple of months. Itching sometimes came from it and when I would think it was a yeast infection from taking an antibiotic it would go away after taking fluconazole. But I've had the crack even when I didn't have a yeast infection. I've been tested negative for stds and only have one partner (my husband). Not sure if this could be an allergic reaction to a detergent or what. It doesn't burn when I pee but when I sit it pulls the skin apart and that burns.
I think that there can be a superficial fissure in the vaginal skin , so I would suggest you have a antibiotic ointment containing metronidazole like metrogyl p ointment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
