What Causes Dry Eyes Along With Fever And Muscle Ache?

I was diagnosed w Scarcodsis in lymph glands next to both lungs in 2007 caused my body to over produce calcium so I saw a nephrologist who ended up doing a needle biopsy of the kidneys which along w a chest x ray confirmed. Took high doses starting at 80mg of prednisone for 3 months then every 3 months tapering down 20 mg each visit then after off prednisone for abt 3 months pulmonologist did chest x ray which showed calcified nodules in the L lung so I went back on prednisone 80mg and for 5 years on a slow path to 5mg & kidney function was 1.2 and after seeing the nephrologist for 1xyr for 2 years was discharged. I have many other symptoms now - am 70 yrs old, very dry eyes, hay fever symptoms, back & muscle pain (being followed by a pain doctor). Someone today said that my symptoms sounded like a weird sounding syndrome - how do I proceed - do I see my internal medicine doctor??
