Hello and welcome,

Low energy, abdominal cramps, frequent urination and thirst highly suggestive for diabetes. You should go to your health care provider and get blood glucose checked for diabetes. There are many other conditions (infections, electrolite dysbalance) may cause the symptoms that you described but first of all diabetes should be excluded.

I hope I have answered your question. Please, feel free to ask me more in HCM if there is anything else you need to know.

Thank you,
Malik Amonov MD
