What Causes Dry Mouth While On Elavil?

Hi. I came down with a stomach bug last Wednesday pm. And have been vomiting since last night. Only thing I could keep down was Gatorade and water. Today water tastes sweet odd and I have a dry mouth. I am taking 10 mg elavil every night.

Dry mouth in your case is cause by vomiting and loose of liquids.
It is not a side effect of Elavil.
