Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The dry mouth is not related to tramadol and oxycodone but due to your anxiety attacks. You are severe anxiety that leads to the symptoms. You can take clonazepam at a low dose for symptomatic relief. however it is a prescription drug you have to consult a psychiatrist before starting drugs like clonazepam. You can try relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
