What Causes Dry Skin And Dehydration?

I m thin n taking the water pill I m dehidreted some my skin is dry n I pee about 15 times during the day n get up 2or3 times at night n I only drink 3or4 cups off coffee a day n maybe a bottle of water I think the pill is sucking me dry if I miss taking it I don t go to the bathroom to much I don t think I need it

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need to drink more water that is 1.5 to 2 liters per day. It's the normal consumption needed if you are getting dehydrated more and then you can use ORS solution.

ORS can be made in the home also. Put water, add salt and sugar in equal quantities, as per taste. Use that water for drinking then you won't lose your electrolytes even if dehydrated then also water stays in your body.
