General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your blood pressure now is normal(130/80).Don't need to worry about it.
Your symptoms of dry mouth and the need to drink water frequently are indicative for Diabetes Mellitus.
I would suggest to test your fasting blood sugar to confirm this.

I recommend to consult a physician and get examined.

Hope it was of help.
Kind Regards!
Dr.Rovena Murati
