What Causes Dull Aching Pain In My Belly Button Area?

been having a dull aching pain in my belly button area for about 4 days sometimes real bad at times and have pain on my right side at times. Not much of an appetite. Also when I went to the bathroom and had a bowel movement it was black. Would appendicitis cause your stool to be blaCK
