What Causes Dull Pain 3 To The Left Of My Belly Button?

I have a dull pain 3 to the left of my belly button ultrasound shows nothing but the tender spot is very specific and hernia has been ruled out my doctor thinks it is a lipoma . The pain also moves around to my lower pelvic area at times. Please give me your opinion .

Hi.If you are a male patient such pain with normal ultrasonography and moving down is suggestive of a problem in the scrotum like varicocele, torsion or so. Get an ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum and get operated in indicated .
