Joint Replacement Surgeon 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic. After going through your query my opinion is that you are suffering from cervical neuropathy. It may be due to spondylitis and cervical disc prolapse, mostly.
Avoid pillow, take analgesics and vitamin B12. Consult orthopaedician and have an x ray and mri done. Consult physiotherapist, learn physiotherapy, for static neck muscle excersises.
Hope hour query get solved. Welcome for further queries.
