What Causes Dysuria And Urinary Urgency With Hematuria?
Hello Doctor, I am a 26 year old woman. I am experiencing a burning sensation when peeing. After peeing, I feel an immediate urge to pee again. I have also noticed very light blood spotting on the issue when i wipe after peeing but no noticeable blood traces in my urine. This I noticed today. I have also observed that in the last 2 months, I am unable to keep urine in my bladder for long, a few minutes after i first feel the urge to pee, if i do not go to the bathroom soon, i begin leak some pee on myself no matter how hard i try to hold. I also wake up frequently at night to pee. Could you please advise as to what might be the issue?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some infection in kidney, bladder or urinary tract. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. If needed go for ultrasound abdomen also. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
