Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The watery eyes could be related to an infection or allergy reaction. Anyway, the blisters on your tummy need further investigation. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- Complete blood count
- Coagulation tests
- PCR, ESR for inflammation
- Kidney and liver function tests.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
