What Causes Early Morning Dizziness?

when I wake up in the morning and stretch while still lying in bed, I feel really dizzy, light headed and feel if I kept going I d pass out - same does happen when standing up. Am currently on medication for high blood pressure and seems to be stable - any other possible causes?

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

All of your symptoms are caused by an unstable blood pressure. Another possibility is neck arthritis.
To find the real cause you should measure your blood pressure for 2 weeks.
After that you will need a neck X-ray, complete blood count, fibrinogen test and an urine test.

The results of the above tests will help your doctor to determine the needed treatment.
