Welcome to Health care magic!
Thank you for your question. I understand your concern.

According to your symptoms, it might indicate Chronic constipation, or Peptic ulcer, or Gastritis.
Constipation is most likely to be the cause in your case.
But refer to a Gastroenterologist to make a definite diagnosis.

for now, my advice:
- Eat less at night.
- Sleep or lie down 2hours after meals only. 2hrs is important to be maintained to prevent regurgitation of food.
- If it is confirmed to be constipation then treat constipation with either laxatives or high fibre diet.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
