HI IVE HAVE HAD THE MARINA COIL IN FOR A YEAR NOW,I HAVE FOUR CHILDREN,IM DUE TO HAVE A PERIOD THE END OF SEPT,BUT FOR THE PAST WEEK IVE BEEN GETTIN PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS TWO DAYS AGO I HAD A LOSS OF MUCUS WITH PINK STAINING IN IT,I FEEL DIFFERENT THIS MONTH I FEEL PREGNANT TOOK TESTS ALL NEGATIVE,MAYBE TAKEN TOO EARLY,FEEL LIKE IM GOING DAFT CAN I BE PREGNAT

Hi,
Long term use of Mirena can cause less bleeding or cessation of bleeding. If the tests are negative then pregnancy is not a concern. Build up of hormone can cause the symptoms you are feeling now. Symptoms in pregnancy are usually apparent after 6 weeks. By which time, all tests should be positive.
