What Causes Eczema After Unprotected Sex?

Hi. Dr., I had sex with a prostitute and with condom during her oral sex to me and the intercourse. I m very worry because I got eczema on my scrotum and there is scratch on it. What if her fluid contact my scratch (not bleeding), would it cause the infection? I m so worry and want to have the RT-PCR examination, some clinics in my country claim that the window period of the RT-PCR been shortened to 10 days after sexual encounter, is that correct? Also, I afraid to infect family members during the window period but some reports say no need to worry as long as there is no sex, is that correct?

Hello sir and welcome.

It would be wise to go about the tests and the window period has indeed being reduced, just not sure if it is 10 days now. Visit a clinic and consult a doctor locally, who will know what the window period for the test will be.

As for the transmission of the infection to family members, as long as there is no sexual contact everything should be fine.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
