What Causes Edema In Leg Along With Severe Pain In Ankle?

I ve seen my doctor recently for edema in my left leg. They switched me to lasix and the swelling has went down but my ankle joint is still in a lot of pain. I can t think of anything I may have done to injure it no bruises either but it hurts to rotate it. Is the pain just from the swelling??

I really appreciate your concern, once the edema gone then it may cause some pain but this is nothing to worry and can be managed with "Tab Acetaminophen" else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
