What Causes Electric Shock Like Feeling In Head With Dizziness?

Today while working, I had what felt like an electrical shock in my head, followed by an extreme wave of dizziness. I suffer from low blood sugar, migraines, and anxiety attacks, but this was the first time I have felt that. Please, any ideas or advice?
