What Causes Electrical Sensation In Lower Left Abdomen?

i am feeling weird ELECTRICAL, FIZZING SENSATIONS in my lower left abdomen, it also feels a bit heavy on that side as well, (it makes me think of an infection the way it fizzles) and a bit of pressure in my lower left back.

SITE LOCATION: front left abdomen, above the pelvic bone and below the rib cage towards my side, when i press it, i feel more of the electrical sensation. i want to start the wild rose detox program today should i wait.

no blood in stool or urine, sometimes constipated. no fevers, gassy, very smelly and stool very smelly,

The organs in the left lower abdomen are lower gastrointestinal tract,lower urinary tract ,pelvic organs,muscles , blood vessels,bones and nerves.Pain can come from any of these structures.Second complaint of you is a foul smelling stool which makes us suspect GIT .since you say no diarrhoea r no alt in stool nature ,have a course of T.Flagyl ER 400 mg twice a day after food for five days provided you are not allergic to the drug.Do not undertake detox programme
