Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have gone through the blood pressure readings you have mentioned. With this higher diastolic pressure, there is increased risk of aortic aneurysm. This can cause worsening back pain with headache. So in my opinion, you should immediately consult doctor and get done CT Abdomen. You are should also start antihypertensive drugs to control your blood pressure. Once your blood pressure is controlled, your headache and back pain will definitely subside.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
