Looking like Ur child had Hypothyroidism based on TSH levels & symptoms of prolonged menstrual bleed. Just repeat Thyroid profile after 1 week TSH freeT3 & T4. If again high TSH is found your child should take tab. Thyronorm daily morning before bf.
