Hi, Doctor I just want to share that, my daughter is just 13 year old and one year back, she has started having periods, everything was normal, but this month her periods are running too long approx 28 days, she has undergone for T3 T4 test in which today her TSH is diagnosed very high @19.7 What to do

Looking like Ur child had Hypothyroidism based on TSH levels & symptoms of prolonged menstrual bleed. Just repeat Thyroid profile after 1 week TSH freeT3 & T4. If again high TSH is found your child should take tab. Thyronorm daily morning before bf.
