Hello,
This is complicated and she really need to be seen in Emergency or in her doctor's office as soon as possible. To determine the cause she needs an exam and blood tests.
If she absolutely will not go, then call her doctor's office and see what they advise based upon her medical conditions.
Make sure she elevates her legs and avoids all salt or salt containing products.
She could have problems with her heart or kidneys so please try to get her to a doctor as soon as possible.
Regards
