Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, most alarming is the blood pressure readings which are too high to be called as hypertensive urgency and you need to increase anti hypertensive medications as it can lead to end organ damage and irreversible damage if not treated in time.

Panic attacks can trigger sympathetic surge in body and cause rise in blood pressure but other endocrine disorders should be ruled out. A psychiatrist follow up is a must to reduce the anxiety medication accordingly. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Hope I have answered your query.
