What Causes Elevated Levels Of Erythrocytes In Urine?

my urine test shows erythrocites 10/ul +; while other shows good and normal sign. what cause this ? any remedy or treatment needed ? I had ESWL last August. stone supposed to be cleared; with remains i saw to be out of my system by December last year.
