What Causes Elevated Liver Enzyme Levels And Testicle Pain?

Hi, I am male, 29 years old. I was on Abilify 10mg, for a period of 6 years, but in a recent hepatic test my enzymes were elevated, so my doctor took me off it. It has been more than 90 days since I stopped taking this med. But I have been developing fluctuations in vision, testicle pain, stomach pain, headaches, etc. I had an ultrasound test done in my testicles and it came negative to varycosele, hydrocele, and any other problem, they were normal. I though had an urinary infection and was prescribed antibiotics for 14 days and kind of got better but the testicle pains are returning. Also after I urinate I see like a little bit of "sand" on top of the water. And I suspect I am still "getting out" abilify of my system. What else could be wrong? Does this seem accurate, that I still have abilify on my body?

SGOT and SGPT are sensitive indicators of liver damage or injury from different types of diseases or conditions, and collectively they are termed liver tests or liver blood tests. So the next step is to look for certain liver damage and most common casue is fatty liver disease. It should be confirmed by ultrasound. Other causes are viral hepatitis,cirrhosis, medications, alcohol intake or autoimmune diseases. To verify exact cause, US, bilirubin levels and tumor markers should be additionaly done Then appropriate treatment can be started.
