What Causes Elevated Temperature?
yes, my son who is in Nigeria with her mother has been running temperature for the past month. he has been tested severally including for malaria, but nothing has been detected. still the temperature continues to rise. today my wife told me it went all the way to 39.2 degrees centigrade, and he s only seven months old. please what shall I do

You had not mentioned what all tests have done.
In such cases,I usually starts an empirical antibiotic injection like ceftriaxone,and order for tests like urine culture,blood culture,CSF study,evaluation for tuberculosis etc.
Anyhow,it needs immediate evaluation and treatment.Your doctor will guide you.
