Hello
The TLC is 12600 cmm ( normal 4000-10000 or 11000 /cmm),while neutrophils count is 79%(40-75 ).
However these both reading are slightly elevated but not alarming and also non-specific .
Even in elderly , diabetic patient mild infection may elevate up to this level , so specially no treatment require for this.
However , periodical check up of these two reading are important in every 3 months , if further increase then consult a physician .
Now about
serum creatinine and blood urea level , although both levels are normal but upper limit .
Your father is taking
torsemide (
torasemide) and the side effects of torsemide are :
electrolytes disturbance , confusion state , loss of appetite, INCREASED SERUM URIC ACID ,
GLUCOSE , UREA & CREATININE ,
LIPIDS . Also increases LFTs.
So for serum creatinine and urea level need not to worry .
Once you stop the torasemide , as long as no medical concern , these levels will come down.
Hope this will help you.
