Hi Yes you are pregnant From your notes with positive pregnancy test and normal doubling of HCG level it is clear that on 22 December you are 6 weeks pregnant. At 6 weeks pregnancy a gestational sac is usually seen in the uterus by a transabdominal ultrasound. Sometimes it may not be clear if the urinary bladder is not full or if you have thick abdominal wall. There is a small possibility of ectopic pregnancy ( pregnancy outside uterine cavity).
To make things clear, If I were your doctor I would first do a transvaginal ultrasound. At this gestational age I should see gestational sac with fetal pole if it is healthy pregnancy. If the uterus is empty or only gestational sac is seen I would ask for quantitative beta HCG now and repeat it again after 48 hours. The second beta HCG is usually increased by atleast 70% if the pregnancy is healthy. Empty uterus with abnormal serial quantitative bea HCG is suggestve of ectopic pregnancy. In the presence of intrauterine gestational sac abnormal serial quantitative bea HCG is suggests that pregnancy is not growing normally. I hope I have answered to your satisfaction
