What Causes Enlarged Veins After Taking Glyburide?
For years, I have had a condition that feels like something is crawling through my veins. My veins sometimes enlarge. This happens after I take any kind of medication. The severity depends on what medication I take. It started when I took the first drug for diabetes called Glyburide. After several years of agony, a neurologist did a nerve biopsy and treated me for vasculitus sensitivity to drugs. Saved me. Recently it flared due to trying a number of different drugs. Any input is appreciated.
Hypersensitivity because of autoimmune disorder is the condition but it seems to be less likely. It seems to be hallucination and it has to be ruled out, you can discuss about this with your physician or you can consult the psychiatrist for further discussion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
