Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis / Diagnosis needs physician consultation and investigations… / You need more investigations

Enlarged left atrium could be from the increased pressure / The block could have been congenital! /
Both can be from a common defect… / Anyway, surgery is most unlikely

EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Good luck
