What Causes Episodes Of Hyperactivity And Lethargy In A Person?

My friend goes from periods of intense activity, a real whirlwind of activity, to being unable to get out of bed for days on end. Cannot get awake enough to rise. She has seen a Psychiatrist, an endocrinologest and a pain specialist for back problems. They seemingly cannot find a cause.

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- Such symptoms are not happening due to any disease process but this is mainly happens due to menses only.
Medication:- Tab Ibuprofen is the best drug can be used.
Advise:- Complete bed rest plenty of water, stress free.
Comments:- With the time this will come around.
