these symptoms may be due to Low potassium (hypokalemia), and Generalized anxiety disorder,Dehydration, or not getting enough fluid,Constipation is having less than three bowel movements a week, causing hard stools, abdominal pain and more,Peptic ulcers, sores in the lining of the stomach or upper intestine, cause abdominal pain, gas, and more,Gastritis is an inflammation of the stomach lining, causes stomach upset, irritation, and pain,Heat exposure can cause dizziness, nausea, headache, weakness, a fast heartbeat, muscle cramps, and more,A gallstone attack occurs when a stone blocks the bile duct, causes right upper abdominal pain and cramping, Anemia, a lack of red blood cells, can cause fatigue, pale skin, weakness, dizziness, headache and more etc.
first you need proper diet management, you should eat iron, calcium ,fibres and multivitamin diet properly.intake lots of fluids properly.if,further complain remain same then first get a thyroid profile and ultrasound of lower abdomen done.
