What Causes Episodes Of Pass Outs, Nausea And Weakness?

I have been feeling extremely exhausted and having episodes where I feel like I m gonna black out usually when I m walking. I also have been feeling really weak and have had a headache for three or four days now. I find it hard to find words at times. And feel nauseous but haven t vomited. I m taking my medications regularly. Just feel horrible.
