Hello,

Such type of pain can be due to following reasons:
- Injury to skin
- Excess exercises
- Diabetes
- Thyroid disorder
- Deficiency of vitamin B complex

If you are facing this problem frequently then you should consult to your doctor & get yourself investigated. Till then you may have a multivitamin preparation with a mild analgesic like advil or aspirin.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mukesh Tiwari, Orthopedic Surgeon
