What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

I am 60, and until 2-3 yrs ago had no problem getting and keeping an erection through one orgasm, sometimes 2. Now it takes intense urge and stimulation to get erect and sometimes even ten it doesn t happen. The real hard erection basically is never there, and i m luckly to get hard enough for penetration. Can you suggest something?
