What Causes Erection While On Apomorphine Shot For Parkinson S Disease?

Hi I have just started taking Apomorphine injections for Parkinson s and it makes me sick But what I am Really worried about is is when I take it it gives me an erection and I have fluid retention behind my knees and in a flacid penis and my feet feel like I am walking on fluid

Yes, apomorphine definitely can cause this problem. It is sometimes used for getting an erection.

You can talk to your doctor about this as we have many alternative options for treatment of parkinsonism disease and apomorphine is not used for long time in parkinsonism. So we can stop it.
