What Causes Esophagus Spasms, Mouth Mucus Drooling, Dysphagia And Vomiting?

It happens when I am hungry and have not eaten for some hours, chicken, tuna, salad, steak, my esopagus spasms and liquid and muscus drools out of my mouth, i cannot swallow and it feels as though the bite i took is lodge halfway, vomiting releaves the spasm and waiting with deep breathing works too. Whatis possibly going on?

There could be Diverticula formation, which can present with such symptoms and it leads to drooling and spasms.
