What Causes Euphoric Mania Like Episode In An Elderly Cancer Patient?
Elderly patient in the ED. Approximately 75, very energetic, overly happy, wanting to be play like, galloping out of ed room. Family states she is usually low energy and sleepy. Bipolar mental illness doesn t seem quite right, but manic like. And has history of cancer and is a recovering cancer patient. She is currently on Plavix.
