What Causes Excess Bowel Movement With Stomach Pain?

I have been pooping liquid for about three days now. I ve been drinking a lot of liquids because I m afraid of dehydration. It feels like it goes right through me. My belly aches and is rumbling. I ve only been eating oatmeal because it s comfort food and helps my belly for a little while but not long. What could be the problem and should I be worried?
