past 5 year i have some problums number 1.my digestive system not good work i have very gas .not vomting not stoomch pain only gas and i have not feel hungry.2.i have feel very weakness.my bloode preshur 100/70.not daibtic problum dr say i have depration

You have problem of abdominal gas problem and loss of appetite that may be because of more fatty food consuption, eating fast so air entrapment occur, food intolerance, intestinal infection, stress ,more gaseous food consuption....etc..
Consult a gastroenterologist for clinical examination and investigation...
Abdominal x ray is helpful for further diagnosis.
Treat underling cause.
