What Causes Excess Tiredness And Sleepiness?

I am 17 yr old, male, i am having weakness,i feel tired and sleepy, even after 1 hour after getting up from sleep, i don't have strength in my hand, and no muscular growth, my hands are bony and loose muscles, even though i have fat in my stomach.

In my opinion you should get your hemoglobin and thyroid level checked. Doing physical exercise may make you feel better. Please get back to me after your reports.
