What Causes Excessive Burping And Chronic Constipation?

My father having so much of burping over Al time day along with severe constipation over a period of 20 years,I am mbbs student trying all my best to solve it but no improvement, please guide in this sir,I was very much impressed by ur opinion on other queries in this platform, pls help me

I really appreciate your concern, burping and constipation is not the disease condition, but some time burping could be due to acid peptic disease, dyspepsia, heavy meal, try to avoid taking heavy meal spicy meal, fat contained diet, along with this I would suggest to try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 10 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
