What Causes Excessive Farting Along With Bad Breath After Eating?

I am 46 year old male, i have a regular head aches fulfilling all the symptoms of Migraine. i feel nausea and with high acidity. Now a days normally i feel i have some sort of gastric trouble i feel slight pain on my left top portion of stomach. what ever i eat i have bad breath , excessive farting and slightly nausea

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since you have symptoms suggestive of migraine like headache and nausea get in consultation with a Neurologist for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like MRI of the brain is suggested so; you will be treated with proper medications as per the cause found so that the headache problems will be under control.
Recent problem of hyper-acidity with pain in the left top portion of abdomen may be due to gastritis, gastric ulcer or can be colitis.
This can be diagnosed well by a clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist, an upper GI Endoscopy and tests for H pylori to get an appropriate management as per the exact cause found.
Also see that the stress and anxiety are under control.
Take soft and bland diet.
Identify the foods and beverages that instigate the pain and stop these for ever.
