What Causes Excessive Sleepiness And Numbness In The Hand During Pregnancy?

good evening, my son s girlfriend is currently 8 1/2 months pregnant and all she does is sleep all day. she just came to me to tell me that she has been having numbness in her right hand and her lips are bluish. do you think it s her blood circulation?

Hi I think there can be some heart or chest problems in her. Get her evaluated by a gynecologist and a physician to find out the cause of these symptoms. She may need a ECG or echo after a physical examination. Also get her hemoglobin and blood pressure measured. Hope it helps.
