What Causes Excessive Sleepiness In A Toddler?

My baby, who is about to be 2 years old in May, has been sleeping ALOT since this past Saturday. About 15 hours per day. She usually has a lot of energy. Everything else is normal. She doesn t eat very much and since Saturday She threw up twice, once on Saturday and once on Sunday.

Hello,

If the child is sleeping a lot and not taking medication means you may take her to a paediatrician.

The possibility of she may be suffering from respiratory tract infection or accidental consumption of sleeping pills etc. He will examine and treat you accordingly.
