What Causes Excessive Sleepiness While On Tizanidine?

i have parkinsonism, i took by mistake 1 tizanidine 4mg at 5;30 PM. along with a 300mg gavapenpint. at 11;00 pm i took another 4mg tizanidine and 1 more 300mg gavipentin. I feel very sleepy. Is this normal, or is there something I need to take to reverse this overly sleepy feeling?

The tizanidine is a muscle relaxant which relaxes your body and induces sedation or lightheaded ness.
Nothing to worry about.
Please take a lot of fluids in your diet and do continue the prescribed anti parkinson treatment.
