What Causes Excessive Sweating, Achy Legs And Tiredness?

i go through almost 10 days a month of pure hell, then i feel fine again. I have day and night sweats that soak me. My legs are so achy, i am so tired i can barely get out of bed and i am very sad and lose all coping skills. What could i be deficient in? I am very young (30)for manopause but have many symptoms. I also have not had a regular period for most of my life but doctors say i cant have hormone issues so young. Please help!
